GREATER FOOLS THEORY

It a bit complicated to explain as everybody falls in the trap time and again.

It is, as the name suggest a ' Greater fools theory'. You buy something without investigating the realistic cost of an article with a hope that you will be able to sell it to a bigger fool later on. It depends on the ability of a party to find a buyer; as blind and fool- unrealistically optimistic.

A certain section of stock market raises the values to make more money and in the glistening mirage of high returns every body invests in.

This is not good for the health of economy if we always look for high flying returns and don't care for the actual worth. A very good example is the real estate boom, Mortgages in USA. Be better informed- Warren buffet is a realistic / value investor and he is the world's most successful investor.

100 FIRST DAYS

It can't get better than this
When Manmohan Singh; the Best turbaned man i have ever known sets a target for his men and they look forward to achieve the targets.

100 first days look good in the start phase.
I am sure the ministers have sit down with the paper and pen and are bringing up things.

Check out a few of the damn interesting ones:

No Separate board exams any more.

No failing in O Level and A level board exams any more.

Article 377 to be removed / thought to be real soon - You can become a lawful gay.

Coastlines to be saved

Petroleum minister says " Community Kitchen for the women in villages with 5000+ population." ( recall you memory of Hollywood, actors shrugging of shoulders in the community washing centers. Or say Mr. Bean missing his pant with a wrap around.)

I only hope something good comes from the long pockets of Dear Pranab Babu, After all we deserve a better taxing system, a better housing and education loan structure, a better disinvestment plan, better roads, better electrification for my village ( There is no power at all in my village till today), etc, etc,....

THIS IS IT

Yes, this is it. the king of American pop music, the father of moon walk and the biggest superstar of the century; in his own right is gone.

When Michael jackson has deceased, he walked all night in my mind over the moon. His mysterious fly and his glistening jackets- Everyone's dream.

I was waiting for his concerts in London; God didn't like my wait though.

I pray for the peace of his soul. He deserves lots and lots of rest.

WARREN BUFFET IS FRUSTRATED

The second richest man of this world is not very keen about the recovery of American market. He says that there is "no bounce" for the economy. However the things will heal slowly.
As i understand, It will have far reaching effects on the world economy. Though miracles never happen, can we expect India to emerge as the center of the world?

Highly Unlikely, that should be your answer. Its unlikely, because we have never thought of it. As i know, Only indian firm to see a global dream was "Videocon", which has not been able to be a clear winner in indian market. Is LR Mittal indian? - no.

Warren buffet's frustration is well understood. But why aren't we frustrated? ( in his way)
He has invested heavily in Chinese market. But who cares, even if the Dragon is growing in our neighborhood. We should focus on Pakistan, shouldn't we? As at least 90 indians have the power to bail out Paki Economy any time ( 1 Billion $ is enough for them)

Let's Be frustrated for this week as we celebrate the world food week, simultaneously we can pay some respect to Mr. Buffet.

CHINA'S NEW SOFTWARE CIRCULAR

Chinese government has made it compulsory to install GREEN DAM software on every personal computer in the country. interestingly USA is the first country who sees potential problems in it. Including the factors such as technical problems in implementation and trade.

It will be a meaningless debate to talk about the side effects of Green dam in china, they are indeed far ahead of us in many ways.

For us; Indians there is a thing to learn here.
China can remove Orkut, Facebook, Twitter etc. at once ; by passing a resolution and we have not succeeded in removing poverty in last centuries or so; even when British emperors ruled the world.

A friend of mine jokes about the production capability of china' If you ask them for a red motor cycle, they will supply you a black motor cycle. '

What do we do in such cases???

( Implementation is something we can learn from china)

MANMOHAN...... APPLAUDS

I was glad to see the Prime minister talking straight and tough in public last night. It must have poured glass in the ear's of Jardari ( a leader who is not worth even his suit and mustache).

The prime minister of India is not under pressure over the selection of words to what to say to Paki president, no matter how much pressure could be there on him to talk or at least stand together with the pakis; nice photo frame Mr. Jardari - you can have one of these in your personal album. But he wouldn't like to see the video where Shri. Manmohan singh; for the very first time in his life perhaps got the courage to talk real in public.

There is no need to over estimate USA or Pak, say in this matter. America has done heinous things in cuba, mexico, vietnam and even Afghanistan. I shouldn't discuss Pak; they are not worth it.

Let face it, India is a global superpower in its own right.

Applauds for Shri Manmohan Singh ji, well done. I am very much proud of you.
Talk the truth and do good things.

SHINEY GOES TO JAIL

A handsome, hardworking, and probably honest ( as his confession to the police suggest) has been booked for the charges of raping his housemaid. Reports suggest that the maid was probably a minor ( i don't understand how the science establishes a concept that calls the girl between 17 & 18) and that he likely used force to force himself over her. Let the science and investigators decide what was what and which was when.

What we can learn as young urban people?
we are more than 200 million and there are at least 500 million more waiting to join the rally which they will be doing in near future. In the quest to become successful professionally and to fatch as much money as possible we are forgetting the basic requirements of human body. Shiney Ahuja probably is not as devil as he will be protrayed in near future. Its just that he is the one who has been caught and all the others who also have red back would throw the blame on him, make him a scapegoat and get back to the monkey business again.

Isn't workplace security an uttermost priority fro every one who goes out to work, especially women?

Arn't the masses missing the family reasons, which coud have avvoided this kind of incident?

Is it just the actor who was not able to control his emotions?

Don't we always need people, family, friends to support and guide us?

Don't we need our mothers to stay around ( Its required probably because she knows you better than anybody else in the world.) ?

.............................................................

Let the rule books and investigators decide in this case.

But learn something which will help making our life more pleasent, content and ethically, characterially better. That is the only thing which will help building a better India.

A descent Parliamenterian! - A myth

The new speaker of Indian parliament , Mrs. Meira Kumar has a great tradition of political stature to follow. Precisely; i am not interested in talking about what Jagjivan Ram stood for, Instead an IFS officer who has been elected from at least three states of India.

She was labeled as Softspoken, Delicate, Descent, high minded lady. In short too feminine to handle the chair breakers with loudspeakers in their mouth. I believe in science and hence believe that Meira Kumar will be able to amplify her self as much as she wishes to do so.

As far as she being descent politician is concerned, lets don't presume that she will not rule the "hands up" vote counts in favour of congress party every now and then. You are free to call it indescency.

Keep in mind the very fact that 33% of the total legisletures are going to be women very soon.

who knows how many of those will be descent parliamenterians. Indian experiance with democracy highlightes the fact that its not true. May it be Indira Gandhi, Jaylalitha, Mamta Banreji, Rabri Devi or Mayawati. All of these empowered ladies doesn't seem to be following Meira Kumar.

Let put our hands togather for this cream pie. Sigh of relief is that we at least have one.
